Responsibilities

  • Carry out the functional section of the vision architecture
  • Identify the risks, inconsistencies and weaknesses of the various architectural orientations as well as propose solutions to remedy them
  • Obtain the necessary authorizations relating to the quality assurance program which will be provided for in the project organization manual
  • Act, participate or take charge of certain pointed problems or outstanding points during the realization
  • Ensure the updating of the systems architecture
  • Participate in the training and knowledge transfer to the resources of the realization teams so that they assume their respective responsibilities (initial training, start-up meeting, special workshops, etc.)
  • Support users in carrying out their work
  • Validate, when relevant, changes to the analysis-level class diagram
  • Ensure the application and development of user-level rules being implemented and, in particular, those related to the user interface
  • Guide, support, advise and support functional analysts in the realization of their work and validate this work
  • Develop or participate in the production and implementation of the components of a delivery
  • Develop the detailed functional, integrated, inter-system and performance testing strategy in collaboration with user representatives, and this, according to the overall test strategy approved at the architecture phase
  • Participate in performance tests and in the search for solutions to the problems experienced
  • Coordinate or participate in functional tests and integrated functional tests in collaboration with the user representatives by developing test execution plans and progress reports according to the detailed test strategy that he has prepared
  • Supervise the technical realization work until the acceptance of the design files
  • Prepare and make presentations to various speakers. DELIVERABLES Depending on the context of intervention, it may be a question of updating or producing the deliverables in force in the environment where the mandate is carried out. According to the agile development method:
