The project manager in the planning phase is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the technological project management activities entrusted to him in order to identify all the realization activities and the inherent costs so that the realization decision is based on fair and reliable data and that the collaboration of all the stakeholders involved is ensured. The project manager must ensure compliance with deadlines and the mobilization of all the involved partners of the client. He is the pivot in the operational management around which all planning efforts are based and organized.
Deliverables
- Determines the deadlines required for each stage of the deliverable in the planning phase;
- Controls the implementation of the mandates entrusted as part of the planning phase;
- Ensures strong leadership to resolve the issues;
- Define and set up the organization of the project with the contribution of the person in charge of the component, the steering committee, the implementation teams, as well as the consultation structures required for the implementation of projects;
- Produce the various reports and monitoring dashboards, and report periodically to the head of the component on the results obtained as well as the decisions expected by the latter to ensure the smooth running of the work;
- Contribute to accountability and support senior management by providing relevant and useful information;
- Contribute to the integration of Agile-Lean practices in the organization;
- Plan, direct, organize and control the delivery of deliverables under his responsibility.
